Welcome to LifeGrid. LifeGrid is an iOS application published by Calm Delight LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LifeGrid, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
LifeGrid is a time recording and review tool that works directly on top of Apple Calendar. It reads and writes events in your own calendars via Apple’s EventKit framework and provides views, search, and statistics to help you understand where your time goes. All processing happens locally on your device.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
3.1 Paid Access
LifeGrid is a paid app offered through two options: an auto-renewable annual subscription (with a free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app using App Store localized pricing for your region.
3.2 Payment
All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple’s terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
3.3 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew; purchasing it does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.
3.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
4. Your Data
Your events live in your own Apple Calendar, not in LifeGrid. You retain all rights to your calendar data. If you stop using LifeGrid, your data remains in your calendars, readable by any calendar app.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use LifeGrid only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
- Not use the app to infringe on others’ rights
6. Intellectual Property
LifeGrid and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Calm Delight LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
LifeGrid is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained from the app will be accurate
- The app will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calm Delight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of LifeGrid.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by other means. Continued use of LifeGrid after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to LifeGrid immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
