Welcome to Framey. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Framey, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Framey is an iOS application that allows users to extract high-quality, lossless photos from videos stored on their devices. The app processes all content locally on your device.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
3.1 Premium Features
Framey offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions. These may include:
- Unlimited frame exports
- Advanced export options and formats
- Batch processing capabilities
- Additional features as they become available
3.2 Payment
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
3.3 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
3.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Framey only for lawful purposes
- Ensure you have the right to use any content you process with the app
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
- Not use the app to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
5. Intellectual Property
Framey and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Calm Delight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your own photos and videos. We claim no ownership over content you create or process using Framey.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Framey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained from the app will be accurate
- The app will meet your specific requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calm Delight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Framey.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by other means. Continued use of Framey after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Framey immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
